Indigenous Researchers

In my opinion, it is important to find the root of things. Because we are indigenous, so too will our research reflect on who we are and where we stand as a people group. We know what we have been taught, even though teaching comes in many different forms. I think that it is important to understand and acknowledge indigenous teaching and methodologies, and to use it to shape our research work. If we know what we know from where we stand, won’t we be so much stronger if we stand together?
